Do I need to be home to receive deliveries?

You do not need to be home or answer the door to receive deliveries. We deliver to your porch by 8 am on your assigned delivery day. Most customers are asleep when we deliver and grab their groceries off the porch when they wake up. It's a great way to start the day!

How do my products stay cold?

We deliver our products in insulated cooler bags, unless you choose to place a cooler on your porch, in which case we will place your items into the cooler.
What types of products do you deliver?

Winder Farms offers a wide variety of products, ranging from all-natural award winning dairy to farm fresh fruits and vegetables. Because we like to feature local products, the selection varies by state. Browse our selection of farm fresh products in your area.

Can I change my order?

Of course! You can make changes up until 8 pm the night before your delivery by logging into your account from your computer, smart phone, or tablet. (For example, if your delivery day is Wednesday, you have until 8 pm on Tuesday night to make changes.) You can also call our friendly customer service team to make changes at 1.800.WINDER.1

Are Winder Farms products organic?

We offer organic and conventional products as part of our product mix. Some customers choose to buy organic produce while others are equally happy with conventional. We give you the choice. Our products are always fresh, and we have a 100% product guarantee.

I have a dairy intolerance. Would your service still be valuable to me?

Yes! We even offer several milk alternatives such as soy and almond milk. While Winder Farms started as a dairy and continues to deliver award-winning all-natural dairy products, we have expanded our offering to a wide range of farm fresh, local, healthy items including bakery, produce, meats, snacks, entrees, and more. We also offer gluten free products.

How many people should live in a household for the service to be worthwhile?

Our service works for all types of households, including people living alone. The great thing about our service is that you order the products that fit the needs of your specific household. Then sit back and let us deliver.

What if I am going out of town?

You can skip a delivery if you need to by logging in to your account on your computer or mobile device, or by calling customer service at 1.800.WINDER.1
